• Hand-Knotted, Tibetan, Patchwork Rugs: Warranty for up to 2 years

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

• Notify Us: Contact us by email or phone with three clear pictures of the defect.
• Hand-Tufted, Handloom, Flat Weave, Shag, Hand-Woven Rugs: Warranty for up to 6 months

• Review: We will review the issue to verify if it qualifies under the warranty terms.
• Solution: If the issue is covered, we’ll offer a solution, which could include repair or replacement.
• Proof of Purchase: Keep your original receipt, as it’s required to validate the warranty claim.

Important Terms and Details

• Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping charges. However, we can arrange for convenient pickup and delivery if needed.
• Replacement Warranty: If a rug is replaced, the new warranty period is based on the original purchase date.
• Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.

Exclusions from Coverage

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal Shedding: Shedding is common, especially with new wool rugs. Regular vacuuming on a low setting can help reduce shedding.
• Sprouting or Tuft Loss: It is normal for rugs to occasionally sprout or lose individual tufts. These issues are not considered defects.
• Changes in Color or Texture: Exposure to sunlight, humidity, or changes in environmental conditions may cause slight variations in color or texture, which are not covered.
• Rolling Marks: These marks can be minimized with proper vacuuming and will typically fade over time.
• Matting or Crushing: Occasional matting can occur due to foot traffic. Proper care can reduce these effects.
• Odor: New rugs may have a natural scent that fades after airing out in direct sunlight for a few hours.
