Once you have placed either of the custom or an online order ,  our deliveries are normally faster than our peers. In case of custom orders , which is our specialized area , we are very quick in production and would deliver you in the shortest possible period. If it has to be fitted on the floor, our team of expert fitters will come and fit it. If it is just to roll out on the floor than we shall send it thru Fedex/UPS or  other fast courier companies.

Due to our regular orders,  we  have tied up with all the leading logistic companies to have our rugs delivered on priority basis. They normally take 2 to 5 days for delivery anywhere  around the world. We have special rates from the courier companies , thanks to our huge volumes.  Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
