* We offer FREE Shipping on selected destinations. We have special arrangements with shipping coumpanies for best possible shipping rates.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. You will be provided with an accurate shipping cost. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. However upon request, we can quote price including all taxes and duties landed price at your door.




* We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
* To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
* If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or just send e mail mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
* Once your rug has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
* Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.
